In this digital era, TikTok is an increasingly popular social media platform that many people, including myself, frequently use. TikTok is not only entertaining but also serves as a source of amusement for me.
There was a period when I used it too much, which caused eye strain, headaches, and a significant waste of time. It also made me feel confused due to the mixture of accurate and inaccurate information. Ever since spending too much time on TikTok, my academic performance suffered noticeably. Instead of setting my mind on studying or completing assignments, I constantly have my eyes glued to the screen, browsing TikTok.
After a while, I realized the need to adjust my study and leisure time. Although I don't allocate as much time on TikTok as before, occasionally I find valuable content related to studying. Sometimes, I stumble upon videos discussing study techniques like the Pomodoro method, famous motivational quotes, ways to tackle assignments, typing skills, tips for solving math problems, learning English, physics, chemistry, and more. When I apply these techniques to my studies, they prove to be highly effective. Additionally, I've discovered some great music playlists that do wonders for brain function.
Overall, while TikTok can be a distracting platform, with proper time management and selective viewing, it can also be a valuable resource for enhancing learning and productivity.
